Val IT¿¡ ±â¼úµÇ¾î ÀÖµíÀÌ, PMÀ» ±¸ÇöÇÑ´Ù´Â °ÍÀº ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î °æ¿µÁøÀÌ ¹®À» ´Ý¾Æ ³õ°í ¾È¿¡¼­ ÇÏ´Â ÅõÀÚ °áÁ¤¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ÈξÀ Ä¿´Ù¶õ Åõ¸í¼ºÀ» °¡Á®¿Ã °ÍÀÌ´Ù. Business cases may have been getting funding with little more than the cursory filling in of a token template and a compelling presentation to the board. PM¿¡´Â ÇÁ·Î¼¼½º, »ç°í¹æ½Ä, Á¤Ã¥ ±×¸®°í °Å¹ö³Í½º¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±¤¹üÀ§ÇÑ º¯È­°¡ Æ÷ÇԵǾî ÀÖ´Ù; ÀÇ»ç°áÁ¤±ÇÀÚ´Â ±×·¯ÇÑ º¯È­¿¡ µ¿ÂüÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÏ°í ±â¾÷ÀÇ ´Ù¸¥ »ç¶÷µé¿¡°Ôµµ º¯È­ÀÇ Çʿ伺À» ÀüÆÄÇÏ´Â Áß¿äÇÑ ¿ªÇÒÀ» ´ã´çÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.
