Val IT¿¡ ±â¼úµÇ¾î ÀÖµíÀÌ, PMÀ» ±¸ÇöÇÑ´Ù´Â °ÍÀº ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î °æ¿µÁøÀÌ ¹®À» ´Ý¾Æ ³õ°í ¾È¿¡¼ ÇÏ´Â ÅõÀÚ °áÁ¤¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© ÈξÀ Ä¿´Ù¶õ Åõ¸í¼ºÀ» °¡Á®¿Ã °ÍÀÌ´Ù. Business cases may have been getting funding with little more than the cursory filling in of a token template and a compelling presentation to the board.
